I can see the soul within

Lal takes the form of a 15 year old male human, standing at a lower height than most 15 year old humans, about 5’7”. He is also a bit on the thin side, though not alarmingly so. His snowy, wavy, somewhat messy hair usually covers his ruby red eyes, not that he minds not being able to see. He is very awkwardly proportioned, from his overly long arms and legs to his big feet to even his somewhat small feminine looking hands. His face is not exempt, being a baby face with a tiny nose. He wears black everything, black boots, black pants with a black belt, and a black short sleeved shirt. The long brown overcoat he wears is the only thing that isn’t black.

Will I miss the final warning...
[attr="class","content"]
Lal is easily irritated at pretty much anything. He can’t stand it when his servants and slaves step out of line and often treats them harshly, not caring for their wellbeing. He makes sure to always be there at some point in the day with each and every one of them, usually berating them and sometimes physically punishing them. In contrast, he’s cordial to his fellow demon brethren, often striking up a conversation with them, no matter their position. While he understands that most of the power is for the fallen angels, he doesn’t like it and would prefer demons to be the ones on top rather than as servants and the like. Not that he can do anything about it, but it doesn’t sit well on his conscious when he sees his fellow demons being mistreated, though he tries to hide it.
He loves twisting others into being crueler than when they had first met him, especially for innocents that make a contract with him without knowing the repercussions. Seeing them become haughty before the fall is especially sweeter to him. While he’s willing to work with others, he prefers to do things alone. It’s easier that way, so he wouldn’t make the mistake of forming a contract with someone else and become their slave. Despite all his cruelty, he does have a nice side to him, perhaps unconsciously so. Maybe it was guilt that caused him to hear things in the first place, who knows? But he will fervently deny ever caring for those he contracted with.
Likes: Sleep, contracting, power, pineapple, toads and frogs, twisting innocents
Dislikes: Having one of his own disobeying his orders or just annoying him, pineapple on pizza because that is a sinful combination, the thought of making becoming a contractee himself, sappy love, the voices he hears, bubbles for bubble baths

[attr="class","about_1"] History
From the lie that I have lived?
[attr="class","content"]
Before -
Lal is one of the lesser demons in Abaddon, but that didn’t mean he was weak. He trained himself in body and mind to be strong, prepping himself for the day he would go out and make contracts for himself. No, he did not make a contract with anyone, knowing that he would end up on the lower run if he ever did. He was only intent on “giving” before he reaped the souls of the damned.
When it finally came time for him to form a contract, he went at it with fervor. His first contract was simple, a little girl wanted a friend and, believing the occult, wanted to summon a demon. Well, she got a new friend, a practically free soul that he was all too willing to twist. He remained as an “imaginary” friend for the girl until her contract expired, all the while whispering how to come out on top, how to squish others underneath her feet. He watched with interest as the girl turned from sweet and innocent to haughty and mean-spirited. And when it came time to reap her soul? He gladly dragged her down to Abaddon to be tortured for all eternity.
As time went on, he made more contracts, always intent on making new servants and slaves and the like. Having never found a favorite, he simply reaped souls when their time came, sometimes serving them, sometimes staying on the sidelines until their time came. It was all good fun, really, and he enjoyed his growing repertoire of slaves as he went on his merry way.
There was just one thing, though. He didn’t know why, but he was starting to hear voices, specifically of those he damned. The first voice was, ironically, his first contractee, hearing her screaming in the night as he was trying to sleep. Irritated, he immediately went to punish the girl, only to find that she hadn’t been saying anything at all. And the more souls he reaped, the more voices he heard. Screaming, angry, terrified voices. It was surprising at first, but quickly became annoying. The voices plagued him day and night and he grew even more irritable because of them, often losing sleep because the voices just got too loud. But he didn’t make a contract for them to go away. Why should he be turned into a slave himself? So he put up with it as best as he could, a smoldering hatred for the ones he reaped growing larger and larger.
Life was never a dull moment for Lal and as the number of souls he took increased, he garnered the interest of other demons and fallen angels. One of them came to him one day and told him of a house, an enchanted house that was the perfect place for him to live in with his slaves. Eager to go there, he gathered his servants and slaves and made his way to the Wailing House.
After -
Lal hasn’t really been in the Wailing House for long. All he knows is that there are a lot of masters who are fallen angels and, disturbingly, there are servants and slaves who are demons. Also dolls, but he didn’t care about them since they were off limits. Still, it was nice just being a master and ordering others around. He’s currently taking a break from contracting, as the voices were getting really, really annoying. But more than likely, he’ll be back at it…once he gets some much needed rest.
